THE FOLLOWING FULL-TIME POSITION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE AT THE NORTH CENTRAL DIVISION (3) OFFICE LOCATED AT OUR INDIANAPOLIS, IN RACETRACK FACILITY
This position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Division 3 Director. Duties include data entry and processing of new and renewal license applications, generating reports on division race activity, coordinating event staff travel, newsletter/flyer production, processing of department/staff expense reports and providing customer service to the member tracks and racers in the division. Additional responsibilities include updating the division web and social media sites, coordinating the year-end Division 3 banquet and assisting the field department as needed.
Qualifications include a minimum of 5+ years experience in a related position, excellent communication skills, experience with event planning (travel arrangements, catering, etc.), proficient in MicroSoft Word and Excel (Access a plus), 10-key skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer oriented environment. Prior office management experience is highly preferable.
