THE FOLLOWING FULL-TIME POSITION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE AT THE SOUTH CENTRAL DIVISION (4) OFFICE LOCATED AT OUR DALLAS LOCATION
This position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Division 4 Director. Duties include data entry and processing of new and renewal license applications, generating reports on division race activity, coordinating event staff travel, newsletter/flyer production, processing of department/staff expense reports and providing customer service to the member tracks and racers in the division. Additional responsibilities include updating the division web and social media sites, coordinating the year-end Division 4 banquet and assisting the field department as needed.
Qualifications include a minimum of 5+ years experience in a related position, excellent communication skills, experience with event planning (travel arrangements, catering, etc.), proficient in MicroSoft Word and Excel (Access a plus), 10-key skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer oriented environment. Prior office management experience is highly preferable.
